
ANDREW SCHLISMAN – OWNER
Andrew has over 40 years of professional experience within the food service industry, which began while working in his family’s restaurant. He went on to earn multiple degrees from Johnson and Wales University, including Bachelor’s Degrees in Food Service Education, Food Service Management, and Culinary Arts.
Following his collegiate experience, Andrew worked for several 5-star restaurants, eventually becoming a regional manager for restaurant equipment supply firms. He has owned his representative group since 2005. He utilizes his extensive culinary expertise to facilitate and influence his dynamic marketing techniques to save money while helping you source the needed equipment!
AMY SCHLISMAN – EXECUTIVE SALES MANAGER
Amy started in the food service industry, double majoring in Penn State’s Culinary School and working for Corporate Feeders, Food Service Equipment Dealers, Resorts, and Restaurants. Now with over 35 years of combined experience, she brings multiple levels of industry knowledge to Platinum Marketing Company. Being raised in a family business, she understands and believes in superior customer service. Her goal is to provide food service equipment solutions to every customer with our leading manufacturers.


JIM WHEELER – EXECUTIVE SALES MANAGER
Jim is a seasoned hospitality professional with 25 years of experience in providing exceptional guest experiences. He studied Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Philadelphia. As an Executive Chef at some of the region’s most prestigious private country clubs, he developed a unique mix of skills in à la carte dining, catering, and large-scale banquet operations. He later advanced to the role of Director of Dining Services for a multi-unit continuing care retirement community.
In addition to his culinary and management expertise, Jim has successfully led multiple kitchen and dining room renovation projects across various campuses. Driven by his passion for hospitality and his unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service, Jim’s dedication has defined his professional journey. A devoted family man, he draws inspiration from his loving wife and three wonderful children, which fuels his pursuit of excellence in every endeavor.
RABIJA VILIC – EXECUTIVE SALES MANAGER
Rabija is a dedicated chef and hospitality professional with 20 years of experience working in hotels, resorts, country clubs, and catering operations. She began her culinary journey at 15 and later formalized her training at the Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts, where she strengthened her foundation in technique, flavor development, and kitchen operations under the guidance of experienced chefs.
With a lifelong passion for food, Rabija has built her career around creativity, consistency, and delivering memorable dining experiences. Today, she merges her hands-on culinary background with the foodservice equipment industry, helping chefs and operators choose the right tools to elevate quality and streamline workflow.
A proud mom of two boys, Rabija continues to draw inspiration from her family and her commitment to exceptional hospitality.


JC SAGER – SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST
JC has been working in hospitality for more than 20 years. From back of house operations to front of house management, there’s not much he hasn’t experienced in the food service industry. In addition to his background in restaurant and country club general management, JC also brings a deep understanding of social media, digital marketing, and brand development to the Platinum Marketing roster. He is thrilled to have found a dedicated team of like-minded professionals where he can use his accrued skill sets to help ensure client satisfaction and company growth.
On a personal note, JC is the father of three young boys, ages 5, 7, and 9. He and his wife reside in Flourtown where they have lived for more than ten years now.
